The vision of KPJS-FM 101.9 and KPJSradio.org is to create a non-commercial community radio station serving South Santa Clara County—including Gilroy, Morgan Hill, San Martin, and South San Jose—as well as San Benito County. Our long-term goal is to develop a publicly accessible, storefront radio studio featuring educational programs in partnership with local schools.

This initiative will provide community members with access to information, hands-on training, and practical skills in audio production, content development, and storytelling. KPJS aims to become a platform for community engagement, work experience, and career opportunities. The station will also support local live events, cultural activities, and public affairs programming, strengthening connections across the region.
